Henley event to assist Londoners in the boat of being single

Those inspired by watching the Thames Diamond Jubilee Pageant, who want to see some more river-based entertainment before the summer is out, can take advantage of a very special day out at the Henley Royal Regatta organised by London’s socialising and singles club, Dinner Dates, for Sunday, July 1.

The Dinner Dates group will receive full VIP treatment at the regatta, with their day based within the Temple Island Enclosure, regarded as the finest hospitality facility at the event and just moments from the start.

The package includes admission to this enclosure, morning coffee, champagne, Pimms and canapés, as well as a four-course luncheon, fine wines, port and brandy and a 1.5-hour river cruise at which Pimms, bucks fizz and soft drinks will be served. It also comprises a delicious, traditional afternoon tea of strawberries and cream and a complimentary bar throughout the day.

The VIP day out at Henley costs £299 including VAT. Drinks parties and dinners are typically priced between £60 and £80, which includes full hosting of events, with the host or hostess ensuring that there is an opportunity to meet most or all people at the event and have someone break the ice and introduce you to the people you would like to get to know.
