Citroen C5 gains styling upgrades and new technology
Citroen has updated the C5 with new technologies and styling features consistent with the brand’s current design cues and future ambitions.
Since their launch in 2008, the C5 Saloon and Tourer have together sold over 400,000 units worldwide. Now the C5 is more modern and elegant than ever, with an even stronger personality.
The Citroen C5 now features the brand’s new chevrons, which update the car’s expression with their enhanced curves. The C5 also gains the option of 17-inch ‘Egée’ alloy wheels on Exclusive models and a new pearlescent body colour - ‘Guaranja Brown’. Citroen C5 Exclusive models are available with a new part-leather upholstery and new interior design components.
To make driving easier, the C5 can be specified with a new eMyWay satellite navigation system combined with a Connecting Box - jack socket, USB port and Bluetooth - as part of a new Techno Pack option. On the C5 Tourer, the eMyWay system can be hooked up to a reversing camera to make parking manoeuvres even safer.
The new Techno Packs are introduced across the entire C5 range. Priced at £700, they offer similar equipment across all three trim levels:

The Citroen C5 continues to feature modern, and even unique, technologies for the comfort and safety of all occupants. Examples include the Citroen eTouch Emergency & Assistance system and Hydractive III+ suspension - which remains a world exclusive for the Brand.
Availability and pricing
The new Citroen C5 range is ‘on sale’ from 2 July 2012. The range is competitively priced from £19,895 for the entry-level C5 Saloon HDi 115 manual VTR and £20,995 for the equivalent Tourer model.
