South West tops house prices but help is at hand from Taylor Wimpey

16th July 2012 Print

A recent report has found that house prices in the South West have rocketed and left first time buyers struggling - but help is at hand from Taylor Wimpey Exeter.

The message from the home builder is don’t be alarmed – we have ways to help everyone buy at the Tregorrick View development in St Austell.

The contemporary development is made up of two, three and four bedroom homes and is conveniently located close to the town centre and train station in St Austell.

Despite the study by the Royal Bank of Scotland labeling the South West as the most unaffordable region outside London for those trying to get on the property ladder, an offer by Taylor Wimpey could allow both first time buyers and home movers to fulfill the dream of owning their own home.

Through the NewBuy incentive, house hunters need only pay a five per cent deposit. So with prices starting at Tregorrick View at £154, 995, a deposit of just £7,750 is all that is needed.

Janine Davey, regional sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey Exeter, said: “Tregorrick View provides high quality, competitively priced new homes to a range of buyers.

“It does not have to be all doom and gloom for house hunters because NewBuy offers a solution for those with limited deposits including both first time buyers and home movers. So don’t despair, pay us a visit and find out how we could help make your moving dreams a reality. It really is as simple as that.”

St. Austell is perfectly positioned for both peaceful countryside and dramatic coastline. The bustling market town, which is often referred to as the capital of the Cornish Alps, is the perfect coastal getaway being just a few miles from the sea.
