Buyers head to Looe for Barratt launch

Looe Mayor Cllr David Bryan was on hand to perform the official opening of Barratt’s new development at the weekend in front of a packed gathering of potential buyers.

Barratt sales manager Mary Daymond said the opening had been a huge success and the dry weather held for the opening ceremony.

“The event was a huge success for us,’’ said Mary. “We know there is pent up demand in Looe for brand new homes and the number of visitors on the opening day reinforced that homes here are set to be particularly popular.’’

Offering a range of one, two, three and four bedroom homes means St Martin will appeal to a wide range of buyers and Mary said the feedback at the launch was extremely encouraging.

“Visitors were certainly impressed with the three and four bedroom showhomes now open with people impressed with the designs, space and the quality,’’ said Mary.

Classic and nautical themes are showcased in the Barwick, Cambridge and Lincoln showhomes.
