Forge Motorsport has created a neat and elegant boost gauge solution for the many cars running the PSA Group 1.6 litre lump. By creating this simple, but beautifully engineered adapter, enthusiasts looking to add a gauge to their car can do so without having to resort to potentially ruinous butchery under the bonnet.

By utilising the (MAP) pressure sensor, the Forge adapter allows access to the manifold with the highest degree of engineering integrity. On cars like Mini Cooper S Turbo, Citroen DS3 1.6 Turbo and Peugeot 207 GTi Turbo this part can be fitted quickly and easily.

On all of these cars, it’s simply a case of removing the existing sensor, fitting the Forge adaptor and then refit the original sensor into the new part. This then leaves a vacuum / boost connection suitable for 4mm tube or similar that can be used to install a boost gauge to almost any proprietary system.
