Reserve a new three-bedroom home in Bracknell and you could receive more than £13,000 towards your deposit.

Redrow is offering to gift customers 5% of the purchase price of selected homes at Balmoral Gardens and Kensington Place, part of the wider Jennett’s Park development.

On a three-bedroom Kenilworth style home, priced from £273,950 that’s a contribution of £13,697 towards a deposit.

Helen McGill, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (South Midlands), says: “We appreciate that while people want to buy our new homes, the substantial sums lenders require as a deposit can hold them back. We want to make things easy for our customers and so we’re offering to give them a head start by boosting their buying power. It could enable them to buy a home much sooner than they anticipated or they may even be able to purchase a larger home that they can grow into not out of.”

Set out over three floors, the Kenilworth is cleverly designed to maximise the potential of the space available.

The open plan kitchen and dining room is well equipped with integrated top brand name appliances including oven, hob, microwave and fridge freezer, plus tall cabinets and extra wide drawers that offer plenty of storage; while the dedicated laundry keeps the washer and dryer out of the kitchen.

The lounge spans the width of the property, with French doors that offer lots of natural light and easy access to the rear garden.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms, a study and the family bathroom.

“The crowning glory of the Kenilworth is the master bedroom and en-suite, up on the top floor. It offers parents a sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of family living,” Helen adds.

Now an established neighbourhood, Jennett’s Park enjoys a real sense of community. With a new primary school now open, plus several play areas, it’s the ideal home for those with families.

There’s also a 91 acre country park which provides plenty of opportunities to enjoy the great outdoors close to home.

Just five minutes from Bracknell and 20 minutes from Reading, the location near to the A329 Berkshire Way also provides easy access to the M3 and M4 – perfect for commuters. Direct trains from Bracknell to London Waterloo take around an hour.
