North Wales multi activity holiday

This multi-activity break is located in the scenic location of Llangollen in North Wales and includes your accommodation on a bed and full breakfast basis with 2 sharing a double/twin room.

The 5 day multi-activity break includes a half day session of archery, a white water rafting fun session and full experience days of white water kayaking, rock climbing with abseiling and gorge walking.

The kayaking sessions are run on flat water and are designed to give you an introduction to this paddlesport. After being kitted out with all the necessary gear and equipment, you will head out onto the water where you will be shown the skills of kayaking and you will play a few games to build your confidence. The experience session of rock climbing with abseiling is great for novices and will give you fantastic views of the Berwyn Mountain Range and the local countryside.

The white water kayaking is a great way to be introduced to the power of the rapids. You will start the day on flat water learning the basic kayaking controls and paddling skills before moving onto the white water in the afternoon where you will put your newly acquired skills to the test on the powerful rapids.

The rock climbing with abseiling experience is a great day on the rocks with time for lots of climbing and bouldering and of course abseiling - as what goes up must come back down! Using some great local crags the day will not get too technical but you will learn some climbing techniques and how to belay safely.

Gorge walking is a popular activity and during the experience you will make your way along a gorge by wading, swimming, climbing, jumping into pools and even abseiling down waterfalls. Try your hand at the high ropes adventure course located high in the forest or experience the 2 hour fun session of white water rafting on the River Dee which is graded a Grade 2 and 3.

Archery is a fun half day activity experience where you will learn to shoot with skill and accuracy and with expert instructors on hand you will soon be hitting the target every time.

From £580 per person for 5 nights accommodation on a B&B basis, 3 full day activity experiences and 2 half day activity experiences. Price is based on 2 sharing a double/twin room.
