A Taylor Wimpey Exeter development in St Austell is proving so popular with house hunters that the first release of three bedroom designs has sold out, with more being released soon.

Tregorrick View in St Austell has attracted such a huge amount of interest from homebuyers that people are queuing up to secure their dream house at this stunning location.

In fact the demand has been so high for the Palace Road development, the properties are selling without the assistance of a show home on site, which isn’t due to launch until later this year.

Janine Copleston, regional sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey Exeter, said: “Tregorrick View is proving its popularity by the day. The development provides high quality, competitively priced new homes to a range of buyers so I’m not surprised people want to view the homes early on. Its success means home buyers need to act quickly to secure their ideal home while we’re still selling at pre-show home prices.”

Tregorrick View is made up of two, three and four bedroom homes and is conveniently located close to the town centre and train station in St Austell. Prices at the development start from £137,995 for the two bedroom Newport and go up to £274,995 for the four bedroom Candleston house design.

To make owning a new home even more affordable, Taylor Wimpey is offering its popular shared equity scheme Easystart on selected homes at the contemporary development, meaning the Newport is available for £117,296 with a deposit of just £6,900 under the scheme.

Easystart allows buyers to put down a five per cent deposit and a mortgage for just 80 per cent of the price of the home. Taylor Wimpey would then lend the buyer the remaining 15 per cent interest free. The scheme has proved popular with first time buyers and allows people to get onto the property ladder without saving for a huge deposit.

St. Austell is perfectly positioned for both peaceful countryside and dramatic coastline. The bustling market town, which is often referred to as the capital of the Cornish Alps, is the perfect coastal getaway being just a few miles from the sea.
