Working with their local partners in Egypt and with British Airways, Families Worldwide has managed to reduce the prices of half-term holidays by up to £180 per person. The two trips that the offer applies to are the 9-day Nile Cruise and the 9-day Feluccas and Pyramids.

Highlights of the Nile Cruise trip include the pyramids and Egyptian Museum in Cairo, an overnight train ride to Aswan, a camel trek, a donkey ride to the Valley of the Kings, and a three-night cruise on the famous River Nile to Luxor visiting places of interest en route. Once at Luxor, you’ll enjoy a Calesh ride to Karnak Temple before flying back to Cairo.

Departing 20 October, the holiday now costs from £1099 per child (min. age 2), £1199 per adult (saving £180 pp) which includes flights, all transportation, 8 nights’ accommodation, most meals and the services of a tour leader.

Highlights of the Feluccas & Pyramids trip include the pyramids, Egyptian Museum, Aswan (via an overnight train), a mini Nile Cruise to Luxor on a traditional felucca and a donkey trek to the Valley of the Kings before returning to Cairo.

Departing 20 October, the trip now costs from £999 per child (age guide 5+) and £1099 per adult (saving £130 pp) which includes flights, all transportation, 8 nights’ B&B (plus 1 lunch and 3 dinners) and the services of a tour leader.
