With two fully furnished show homes now open, buyers can picture themselves living in the style and comfort of a brand new Redrow home in Stourport.

Current availability at Hamlet Place in Bewdley Road includes a choice of four and five-bedroom homes from Redrow’s sought-after New Heritage Collection.

Thus far buyers have had to rely on floor plans, visit other developments and take ‘virtual’ online tours of show homes via Redrow.TV. Now that the show homes are open at Hamlet Place, however, they can fully appreciate the layout of the Salisbury and Windsor designs and experience the quality and finish Redrow offers as standard.

Pauline Turnbull, sales director for Redrow Homes (Midlands), explains: “Being able to view a property is an important part of the home buying process and the show homes at Hamlet Place have been eagerly awaited. People have been keen to look inside the properties and we’ve had lots of positive feedback. They love that the homes look traditional from the outside and have lots of character, but are modern and full of family-friendly features inside.”

Both show homes have been carefully designed, decorated and furnished to create the impression of a lived-in family home.

The four-bedroom Salisbury has been dressed in ivory with accents of coral. It features an open plan kitchen and dining room that’s full of natural light thanks to French doors that lead on to the rear garden. And like all new Redrow homes, the kitchen is well equipped with integrated top brand name appliances including oven, hob, microwave and fridge freezer plus tall cabinets and extra wide drawers that offer plenty of storage.

There’s also a separate lounge, a study that’s ideal for those who want to work away from the hustle and bustle of family life, downstairs cloaks and a handy utility to keep the washer and dryer out of the kitchen.

Upstairs two of the four bedrooms boast an en-suite to complement the family bathroom.

The second show home is an example of the Windsor house type and also has four bedrooms. It’s been dressed in ivory with steel blue accents in the wallpapers and fabrics and walnut furniture.

On the ground floor there’s an open plan kitchen-diner, separate lounge, utility and WC, while upstairs the master bedroom enjoy the benefit of an en-suite.

Bedroom four is a young boy’s room with a Twinkle Twinkle Little Star theme and text to the feature wall.

Current prices at Hamlet Place range from £239,995 to £359,995.

The homes enjoy easy access to the M5, M42 and M40, which means they are sure to be popular with commuters.
