Perfectly positioned in a sought-after village setting within easy reach of the M5, Elan’s new homes in Welland are a commuter’s dream.

An exclusive collection of five and six-bedroom executive houses, The Orchard offers residents modern, well-designed homes in a tranquil setting.

Two of properties from Elan Homes have now been sold leaving just two prime detached houses remaining for sale.

Far from being isolated, The Orchard is just six miles from junction one of the M50/M5 motorway at Upton, which provides residents with easy access to the nearby towns and cities of Worcester, Gloucester, Bristol, Birmingham and even further afield, London is well-connected via the motorway network.

Andrea Nippe, head of sales for Elan Homes’ Southern region, said: “The Orchard ticks all the right boxes for executives working in the city. The new homes are spacious and detached, and afford residents a peaceful village lifestyle away from the hustle and bustle. That said they are located within commuter belt for a number of towns and cities so residents won’t have to travel far to work.”

The ‘Nightingale’ view home, complete with carpets, will open shortly at The Orchard, and gives homebuyers the opportunity to see inside a completed property and envisage how they could make their new house a home.

Elan has two large, executive homes still for sale at The Orchard, off Gloucester Road, which form an attractive horse shoe.

The homes are ready to move into soon. One four-bedroom home is priced at £570,000, while a five-bedroom home is priced at £595,000. Each has a detached double garage and is set on around a fifth of an acre encompassing a large garden.

Welland affords its residents with the essential village amenities including a Post Office, general stores, church and a primary school. The village is around five miles from the town of Great Malvern, which offers a wider range of amenities such as shops, banks, Waitrose and Somerfield supermarkets, a renowned theatre and cinema complex and the Splash leisure pool and gymnasium. The mainline railway station at Great Malvern provides links to Worcester, Birmingham, London (Paddington), Hereford and South Wales.
