Fernhill Heath development’s popularity soars

29th August 2012 Print

Almost half of the homes have now sold at Elan’s new venture in Fernhill Heath and a new show home is now open to show other homesbuyers why sales have been so strong.

With an exclusive feel due to there being just seven homes, Harcourt Grange features luxury detached properties in sought-after rural village three miles from Worcester.

Three of the homes have sold in just six weeks, so homebuyers who don’t want to miss out are being urged to act soon.

Andrea Nippe, head of sales for Elan Homes, said: “We’re delighted by how well the homes at Harcourt Grange have been received by purchasers. With three already sold, there are just four designs to choose from; each featuring our high level of interior specification. We hope homebuyers will appreciate the style on display in our new ‘Broughton’ show home, which has been designed by Andrew Henry Interiors to give visitors a taste life at Harcourt Grange.

“We’ve used a bright colour scheme of white, peacock blue and yellow to reflect the light and spacious nature of the property. The lounge is a sumptuous place for families to relax with big sofas and natural tones in the decor and accessories. In the open-plan kitchen and family room there’s a breakfast area for relaxed dining while, in the separate dining area, a large glass dining table and upholstered chairs creates a chic and more formal place to entertain friends.”

The executive four-bedroom houses are ideal for professionals working in Birmingham as the city is just 40 minutes’ drive away, but the development feels a world away from the hustle and bustle.

For customers with a property to sell, Elan can make a move easier through its part exchange and Easy Move incentives.

With part exchange, Elan effectively acts as their cash buyer, putting the value of their existing property towards the cost of a new home.

Alternatively, with Easy Move, Elan arranges valuations on their existing property, and works with a trusted local agent to sell it, monitoring the agent’s activity and even paying their fees.

Prices at Harcourt Grange start from £335,000 with the first homes ready to move into in September.
