House hunters in Newquay can look forward to viewing a range of brand new homes after Taylor Wimpey Exeter’s Trevenson Meadows development was granted planning permission on a new phase of properties.

A further collection of two and three bedroom homes will soon be available at the popular development, which is situated in the vibrant coastal town of Newquay and is perfect for couples and growing families.

Furthermore, if you have lived in Newquay all your life or have close connections to the seaside town, you could be eligible for a special discount.

The Local Homes for Local People incentive is open to all house hunters who have grown up in the town or have close links to the area either through family or work.

Households with an income of less than £60,000 can take advantage of this offer and could find themselves in their dream new home as Taylor Wimpey is offering a 40 per cent discount on a wide selection of properties at Trevenson Meadows to eligible parties.

Janine Copleston, regional sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey Exeter, said: “Our Local Homes for Local People incentive has been very well received by a number of Newquay house hunters. It provides a great opportunity for those on a household income of less than £60,000 to comfortably afford home ownership. It’s a very cost effective option. If you think you are eligible, I’d encourage you to visit the development on Trevenson Road and find out more.”

House hunters can take advantage of the current release of properties at the development, which includes a collection of two and three bedroom homes.

This includes the beautiful Chichester house type, a three bedroom semi-detached home comprising an open plan living/dining area and separate kitchen, master bedroom with en suite – all from just £179,995.

Or if you’re after something a little more cosy, a two bedroom apartment in Donyarth Court and Cabot Court could be just the thing for you. It boasts an open plan kitchen/living room and comes with allocated parking and is priced from £91,995.

There are numerous amenities on the doorstep of Trevenson Meadows including supermarkets, bars and restaurants as well attractions such as the Zoo and the Blue Reef Aquarium.

For walkers and cyclists, the tranquillity of Bodmin Moor is nearby to enjoy or, for the more adventurous, there is the opportunity to try water sports in the ‘surfing capital of Britain.’ For commuters, Newquay has good road, rail and air links with access to the A30, A38 and M5 as well as the local train station and Newquay and Cornwall Airport.
