Invicta marketing suite now open

Following months of fervent anticipation, house hunters keen to reserve a property on the final phase of Crest Nicholson’s Harbourside development in Bristol will be pleased to find out that the new marketing suite has now opened.
Located on Cathedral Walk just off Anchor Road and near the Hargreaves Lansdown office, it means those keen to get the pick of the plots will be able to view first hand, plans of the phase which is called Invicta.
Comprising 170 one, two and three-bedroom high-end apartments plus a number of one-bedroom studios, Invicta is spread over five floors and the variety of different styles and property sizes is expected to attract a lot of interest from those looking to live next to the city’s historic floating harbour.
Susan Young sales and marketing director at Crest Nicholson said: “We’re delighted that the marketing suite is now open and look forward to showing prospective buyers the plans.
“The range and style of properties available at Invicta will appeal to a wide variety of house hunter. The attraction of living next to the water in Bristol’s city centre has always meant interest in the development has been high and Invicta will be no exception.”
Once complete Invicta will include an important pedestrian link called Millennium Promenade. Running from the Millennium Square to the Harbour Inlet it will complete the famous Brunel Mile and incorporate a rich ecological landscape with views across to the ss Great Britain.
The name for the new phase draws inspiration from Bristol’s link to the city of Porto in Portugal which was also known as Cidade Invicta, or The Unvanquished City.
Twinned in 1984 links between the two cities go back more than 500 years through the port trade with Invicta being located next to Porto Quay.
A few minutes walk from Park Street and Queen Square, those wanting to get to Temple Meads or can hop on the water ferry which has a designated stop outside the development.
The centre is only a few minutes walk away and there are numerous restaurants and bars close by.
The new marketing suite will be open Thursdays to Mondays from 10am to 5pm. Prices at Invicta start from £165,000.
