Trident Castle

Set in the verdant tropical surrounds of Port Antonio overlooking the ocean, Trident Castle and Trident Hotel from music industry veterans Jon Baker and Steve Beaver are to be two new luxury escapes under The Geejam Collection and are set to revitalise this vibrant community, returning the town to its glorious heyday when Errol Flynn washed his boat ashore there in the 50s.

Trident Castle

Available for both individual bookings and exclusive hire, Trident Castle will incorporate nine large guestrooms in its four wings including one particularly spacious Master Bedroom that has its own patio and sweeping views out over the sea. Guests dine in the Castle’s stunning dining room while the bar is to serve refreshing drinks that can be enjoyed at the outdoor lounge, poolside or anywhere else on the property via the drinks service.

For those seeking the shade, Trident Castle also has a Library and TV room, study, fitness area and a games room.

Trident Hotel

Epitomising laid-back luxury with super-slick contemporary interiors and a stunning ocean-front setting, Trident Hotel’s accommodations will be comprised of 13 one- and two-bedroom exceptionally spacious villas and one VIP Guest Suite. Stylishly designed with the Geejam team’s eye for detail, villas will include a living room, amazing music systems, outdoor heated infinity plunge pool, a steam room in the bathroom and private outdoor bathtub with views of the sea.

Trident Hotel will also incorporate an infinity swimming pool with ten private cabanas, a private club with screening room, a gym, a study, indoor and outdoor dining and lounge areas, two indoor bars, and its own private beach complete with beach bar.

Blue Hole Restaurant, Club and Spa

The Geejam Collection will also include the Blue Hole Restaurant, Club & Spa, a hangout that will provide great food and lazy days on the shores of the lagoon’s aquamarine waters with a sumptuous dinner and cocktail menu for the evening. It will also encompass two spa treatment rooms nestled in the lagoon’s tropical surroundings for the ultimate in island relaxation.

With these new developments in addition to the established Geejam Hotel & Studios, Jon Baker and Steve Beaver are looking to raise awareness of this vivacious part of Jamaica. Their vision is to show Port Antonio as a destination for discerning travellers, where visitors can experience the authentic island vibe, musical heritage, and laid-back yet vibrant atmosphere in stunning natural surroundings.
