Local housebuilder Morris is helping buyers move up the property ladder by offering a 100 per cent part exchange scheme at The Coppice in Marple, an exclusive development of just 69 homes.

The scheme means househunters can reserve their new home without having to find a buyer for their existing one as Morris will pay them 100% of its market value. This speeds up the buying process and helps people avoid lengthy property chains.

The properties available include three-bedroom, three-storey townhouses and four-bedroom detached homes.

Chris Minshall, regional sales director for Morris said: “Our part exchange scheme eliminates what is often the most stressful stage of moving home, and also removes additional estate agency fees.

“There are only a limited number of properties available at The Coppice under the scheme so househunters should move fast to secure them as we’re not expecting them to be around for long.”

The Coppice is located off Cross Lane and is within walking distance of Marple town centre. It is also adjacent to the peaceful Middlewood Way walking route and has good commuter links to nearby Stockport and Manchester.

Prices of the three-bedroom houses at The Coppice start from £259,750 under the part exchange scheme and prices of the four-bedroom detached properties start from £325,000.
