With more than a dozen eager buyers signed up, Redrow is experiencing sales success in Bracknell.

Kensington Place is the latest phase of the wider Jennett’s Park development to feature designs from the sought-after New Heritage Collection.

There may not be a show home to view there yet but that hasn’t stopped would-be home owners appreciating the quality and finish that’s to be expected from Redrow’s homes.

Helen McGill, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (South Midlands), says: “Kensington Place is the latest chapter in the success story that is Jennett’s Park, where we’ve sold out at Aragon Mews, Windsor Park and are nearing a sell-out at Balmoral Gardens. The continued popularity of our homes is testament to our reputation for building quality homes that people want to live in and we’re delighted that so many people have had the confidence to buy ‘off plan’ at Kensington Place.”

Redrow’s latest phase at Jennett’s Park features everything from two-bedroom starter homes to five-bedroom detached family homes. Inspired by the architecture of the Arts and Crafts era, they will look traditional from the outside; while inside they will be bright, modern and full of features designed for the ease of living.

Current availability includes a choice of three, four and five-bedroom homes with prices from £225,950.

Redrow is working towards opening three show homes at Kensington Place – a four-bedroom Stratford, four-bedroom Cambridge and five-bedroom Hampstead.

“We appreciate that being able to view a property is an important part of the home buying process and although it wouldn’t be practical to have a show home for every house type, with examples of three properties potential purchasers will be able to get a real feel for the different layouts available and see which best suits their lifestyle,” Helen added.

“We’re confident that when the show homes open buyers will be impressed by the quality and finish we offer as standard and that this will be reflected in further sales success.”

Jennett’s Park enjoys a real sense of community and with a new primary school now open, plus several play areas it’s the ideal home for those with families. A pub restaurant has also opened and approximately half of the venture is set aside for open space, retained woodland and recreational areas.

Just five minutes from Bracknell and 20 minutes from Reading, the location near to the A329 Berkshire Way also provides easy access to the M3 and M4 – perfect for commuters. Direct trains from Bracknell to London Waterloo take around an hour.
