Qashqai wins Best Car Advertising campaign

“Nissan wins for the first time for the original, entertaining and memorable way it chose to launch the all-new QASHQAI models. This Sunderland built car was faced with a tough task – to replace two models and attract new customers to the brand. The result was an original advert which graphically shows the brand’s aspirations to deliver a versatile and groundbreaking new model,” he continued.
Collecting the award for Nissan, Andy Connell, Senior Manager for Marketing Communications said: “We are delighted to pick up this award from Motor Trader for the QASHQAI ad. We have received great feedback about this ad campaign and this is backed up by the fact that 70% of QASHQAI sales are to customers who are new to the Nissan brand.”
The QASHQAI Urbanproof advert was created by TBWA and first shown in the UK in February. Since the vehicle went on sale in March, nearly 8000 have been sold.
