Dinner Dates is celebrating 23 years of balls this year

Dinner Dates will be holding its 23rd Christmas Ball at One Whitehall Place, at The Royal Horseguards, on Saturday, December 8. This marks 23 years in which it has grown to be the country’s biggest socialising club for singles and seen many friendships and even marriages forged.

Guests at this black tie ball, staged on the banks of the River Thames, will be partying in a venue whose original foundation stone was laid by former British Prime Minister, William Gladstone and most recently used as the setting for the filming of a Harry Potter movie.

With wining, dining and dancing into the wee small hours, this festive event will ensure every attendee extends the branches of their social tree this Christmas.

Dinner Dates chief executive, Cynthia Spillman, says: “This glittering event will help us head towards Christmas in style and communicate everything that Dinner Dates is about – fun, friendships and face-to-face socialising. Talk about it on social network sites when you get home, but have a ball first so you’ve really got something fabulous to share”.

Dinner Dates events vary from balls to blues nights, from regattas to race days and from dinners to drinks parties. Dinner Dates also organises holidays for members several times a year. For more information head to dinnerdates.com.
