The opening of three new show homes marks the latest chapter in the development of Jennett’s Park in Bracknell.

Homes at Kensington Place, the latest phase from Redrow, have been selling well ‘off plan’ and as buyers can now see inside the designs the development braces itself for a boost in sales.

Julie Davies, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (South Midlands), says: “Work on the first homes at Jennett’s Park began back in 2006 and we’ve come a long way since then. It’s now a well established neighbourhood with a real sense of community and somewhere people really want to live. We’ve already had sales success at Kensington Place and with three new show homes open for viewing we’re anticipating increased interest in the properties.”

The Cambridge, Stratford and Hampstead show homes have been professionally designed, decorated and furnished to create the impression of lived in family homes.

They illustrate the space, quality and lifestyle that customers can expect from their own new home at Kensington Place.

The four-bedroom Stratford has been dressed in deep raspberry, purple and leaf green, that along with the solid oak furniture creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The Cambridge also has four bedrooms but is more stylised and has a very opulent look, emphasised by a crystal shimmer to the colour palette. One of the bedrooms has been given a Serengeti theme.

Set out over three floors and with five bedrooms, the Hampstead is the largest of the new show homes. Dressed in taupe and oak it is an impressive family home with an open plan kitchen, dining area and family room at its very heart.

Highlighting the flexibility of three-storey living, one of the top floor bedrooms has been styled as a reading room to demonstrate alternative uses.

“We want people to look around and imagine themselves living here but, at the same time, we want them to see something impressive they can aspire to,” Julie adds.

“Hopefully people who view these three new show homes will agree on both fronts. They can also appreciate the quality and attention to detail in our specification and our finish.”

Current prices at Kensington Place start from £402,950 for a four-bedroom Cambridge similar to one of the show homes.

Along with new homes, Jennett’s Park includes a primary school now open, several play areas and a pub/restaurant. Approximately half of the venture is set aside for open space, retained woodland and recreational areas.

It’s the ideal commuter base as Bracknell is only five minutes away and Reading can be reached in 20 minutes. There’s also easy access to the M3 and M4 via the A329 Berkshire Way; while direct trains from Bracknell to London Waterloo take around an hour.

The new show homes at Kensington Place are open daily from 10am to 5.30pm.
