New homes in Worcester win a major national prize

Taylor Wimpey’s sought-after Diglis Water development of properties for sale in Worcester has been awarded a top prize for regenerating the town’s wharf area.

Taylor Wimpey Midlands has scooped a prestigious national award for Diglis Water, its riverside development of properties in Worcester.

The leading housebuilder’s popular waterside collection of new homes for sale in Worcester clinched a bronze award in the ‘Best Brownfield Development’ category at the 2012 What House? Awards.

The award comes in recognition of the role that the development in Worcester is playing breathing new life into what was historically the city’s principal wharf area at the junction of the River Severn and the Birmingham and Worcester Canal.
