House-hunters in South Wales have been snapping up properties at Crest Nicholson’s sought after Penarth Height development in Penarth, with over 85% of homes now sold.

The site’s success is being attributed to the vast range of quality properties it has on offer; with a mixture of contemporary one, two and three bed apartments and two, three, four, and five bedroom houses, Penarth Heights has been designed to appeal to both a diverse spectrum of buyers and budgets. The development is an idyllic location which has also proved to be a real draw; within close proximity to the town centre, with beautiful views across the marina and has an assortment of excellent schools on its doorstep.

Laura Osborne, Senior Sales Manager for Crest Nicholson, commented: “We’re delighted so many people are happy with their new properties at Penarth Heights, but we’re not surprised they have proved so popular. The desirable location and excellent finish on the houses makes them an ideal choice for anyone looking to buy in the area. I would urge homebuyers to visit the development soon to see the great range of homes on offer.”

Visitors to the development can get a feel for the design and finish of the apartments on offer with a look around the stunning two bedroom Royal show home. The Royal offers buyers stylish living with beautifully designed rooms and every contemporary comfort on hand.

It boasts an open-plan living room and kitchen/breakfast area, which opens out onto a private balcony, in addition to an en-suite bathroom adjoining the large master bedroom, as well a spacious bathroom.

Prices currently start at Penarth Heights from £135,000 for a one bedroom Aqua apartment, £160,000 for a two bedroom Royal apartment, £200,000 for a two bedroom Lieutenant house and £415,000 for a four bedroom Captain house.
