Award-winning house builder Redrow is smashing targets at Wallscourt Park, Long Down Avenue in Bristol. A whopping 22 properties have already been sold at Wallscourt Park since its launch in June, with only seven of these homes complete and ready to move in to. Buying off-plan has proved incredibly popular and Redrow is encouraging homebuyers with a large or growing family to take a look at the stunning selection of four and five bedroom properties before they all get snapped up. Homes at Wallscourt Park range from £329,995 to £387,995.

Many homebuyers have opted to buy off-plan as it has a great number of benefits, including being able to pick the finishing touches and personalising your new dream home, with choice of kitchen fittings, positioning/style of sockets and switches, wall tiles in the bathroom, door handles and wardrobes. In addition it allows homebuyers to opt for extras including bathroom upgrades, floor tiles, carpets, electric garage door and much more.

With more homes being built each month, Redrow anticipates the development will be complete in approximately 18 months. The huge demand for homes at Wallscourt Park highlights the popularity of the houses, development and area.

As many of the properties at Wallscourt Park have not yet been officially released for sale, Redrow is encouraging homebuyers to consider the Early Bird reservation scheme to make sure they don’t miss out. To reserve a Redrow home, buyers need only put down a fully refundable deposit of £500, complete a short Early Bird form and then simply wait for the home to be released for sale at which time Redrow will give them first refusal before it goes on general sale. If for any reason one cannot proceed with the purchase, Redrow will simply refund the £500 deposit, no questions asked.

Andrew Addison, sales director for Redrow (South West), said: “Since we launched this development we’ve had lots of interest; the convenient position of the development, within close proximity to Bristol makes Wallscourt Park an extremely desirable place to live. The homes at Wallscourt Park also make for an ideal solution for families who want an easy life and feel confident that their home is both efficient and cost effective to run.

“We’d like to express our gratitude to the Wallscourt Park team, especially sales consultants Liz Jones and Zoe Smith, who have done a wonderful job. They are to thank for this great success and are quite rightly celebrating being six months ahead of their target! In response to this huge demand and great success, we are now planning on recruiting four more members of staff; we are looking for two full-time and two part-time sales consultants.

“In 2011 we were the only homebuilder to be included in Building magazine’s Best Employer Guide and judges described career progression as one of Redrow’s “standout benefits”. If you’re looking for a career that’s rewarding, stimulation and you’re determined to succeed we would encourage you to apply for one of these new vacancies by visiting the Redrow PLC website.”

Once completed, Wallscourt Park will have a total of 68 private properties available, making up part of the ‘Cheswick Village’ in Stoke Park, South Gloucestershire alongside The Bowery, which has proved very popular amongst families and couples alike. Wallscourt Park builds on Redrow’s 21st Century village concept, creating a brand new community that caters for every need. This development is much more than a collection of houses; it’s a place to call home amid the warmth and welcome of a friendly village culture that thrives on community spirit.

The stunning selection of brand new properties at Wallscourt Park includes the Cambridge, Harrogate, Hampstead 5 and Salisbury housetypes and the Balmoral and Canterbury housetypes coming soon. These generous, family homes offer plenty of space, open plan living and designs which capture the essence of traditional British home building that the New Heritage Collection stands for.

Wallscourt Park is ideally located just a few miles from Bristol and within easy reach of the M4 and M5, offering commuter convenience, with the welcome of community living to come home too.
