Launch success at Drovers Way

Taylor Wimpey Exeter is celebrating after the successful launch of its Drovers Way development in St Agnes.

Drovers Way, which launched in December, welcomed plenty of house hunters eager to get a first look at the plans for this sought-after development and find out more about the stunning collection of three to six bedroom homes being built.

Located on the site of the former film studios on Penwinnick Way in St Agnes, the development, which is currently selling from Trevenson Meadows in Newquay, has proved so popular that five plots have already been purchased off plan by keen house hunters.

The Local Homes for Local People initiative is open to all house hunters who have grown up in St Agnes or have close links to the area either through family or work.

Households with an income of less than £60,000 can take advantage of this offer and could find themselves in their dream new home as Taylor Wimpey is offering a 40 per cent discount on a wide selection of properties at Drovers Way to eligible parties.

When complete, Drovers Way will comprise of a collection of 76 properties, priced from £249,995, and built to the high standards that Taylor Wimpey Exeter is renowned for.
