20th January 2013 Print

Enjoy the gourmet delights Hong Kong has to offer at Bo London on Tuesday 5 February 2013 for one night only.

As the ‘Culinary Capital of Asia’, Hong Kong has brought together a rich combination of the finest ingredients, superb Michelin-starred restaurants and a stunning range of international cuisines. With so many restaurants and eateries you could eat out three times a day for 10 years and never eat at the same place twice.

Since 2010, when the Michelin Guide awarded its first stars in Hong Kong, more than sixty restaurants have received the prestigious hallmark of fine dining quality.

Visitors to the city can enjoy a gastronomic feast as bright colours, and exotic aromas burst from every shop and restaurant.

To celebrate this rich gastronomic heritage the Hong Kong Tourism Board is teaming up with newly opened Bo London in Mayfair, sister restaurant to two Michelin-starred Bo Innovation in Hong Kong to offer foodies the chance to sample famous Chinese delicacies for a limited time only.

Bo Innovation is owned by chef Alvin Leung, who is known throughout Asia for his own unique brand 'X-treme' Chinese cuisine.

The exclusive dinner event is taking place on Tuesday 5 February 2013 and will include a Champagne reception, a cookery demonstration from the Chinese chef, followed by an eight course wine pairing menu.

Tickets are priced at £100 per person and can be booked by emailing: events[at]bolondonrestaurant.com.

Recently rated five stars by The Independent, four stars by the Metro and The Sunday Times – Alvin Leung’s X-treme Chinese Cuisine is a must for food lovers.
