Two stunning new show apartments at Crest Nicholson’s Harbourside development are opening their doors to house hunters on Saturday 16 February.

Located in the brand new phase, Invicta, the opening of the show apartments will be marked with Chinese New Year celebrations including a traditional blessing from a Lion Dance troupe.

Visitors to the luxury location on Bristol’s floating harbour will be treated to Chinese style canapés, entertainment and tours around the new show apartments and marketing suite. Also, attending the launch will be Paralympic sprinter Ben Rushgrove who will be showing off his medal, taking pictures and signing autographs.

Guests will also be presented with traditional Chinese red envelopes filled with special offers such as stamp duty paid or free carpets.

The oversized, two-bedroom apartments will showcase why the development is proving so popular to discerning house hunters wanting to live next to the water on Bristol’s historic floating harbour.

And to entice house-hunters further, anyone who pops along to take a look at the new show apartments on Saturday 16 February and reserves a property will be treated to £100 worth of vouchers to be used at nearby Chinese restaurant Zen.

The development boasts stunning views that stretch across the rooftops of the city and out towards the countryside and each new show apartment shows off why the selection of one, two and three-bedroom properties is perfect for house-hunters in the city.

Including a sophisticated mix of the latest colours, fabrics and furniture they will help provide inspiration for property purchasers looking to decorate their new home.

Susan Young, sales and marketing director for Harbourside said: “Both new show apartments are absolutely stunning and have been designed to highlight some of the latest interior design trends which should give buyers some great ideas as to how they can use current design trends in their own homes here at Harbourside.

“Invicta has only been available for a couple of months and the reaction so far has been extremely positive. It meant we’ve had to open the sales office an extra two days a week and we can’t wait to show people the spacious interiors.

“Both show apartments should be very useful for potential purchasers as it will provide a real glimpse of what life would be like at the development.

“It’s great to be able to celebrate the opening of the apartments with such a fabulous event. We hope people will be able to come along and enjoy the entertainment and surroundings.”

The Lion Dance entertainment will begin at 11am outside Invicta. In this spectacular ceremony a lettuce is suspended above the entrance to the new show apartments being opened by Crest Nicholson Regeneration where it will be eaten by the Lion. The Cai Ching Lion Dance ceremony has been used all over the world to bring good luck to new buildings and homes.

Located on Cathedral Walk just off Anchor Road, Invicta is spread over five floors with a variety of different styles and property sizes.

Susan added: “No other development in Bristol is in such a convenient location. The centre is only a few minutes walk away and there are numerous restaurants and bars close by including Bordeaux Quay, The Living Room, Chinese restaurant Zen and Pizza Express.”

Prices currently start from £165,000.
