Homebuyers in Alcester will soon have more to choose from with the launch of Redrow’s latest venture.

The award-winning housebuilder is bringing its sought-after New Heritage Collection to the Warwickshire town. Known as The Pastures, the development off Kinwarton Farm Lane, is due to launch on February 16, when two show homes will open.

Pauline Turnbull, sales director for Redrow Homes (Midlands), commented: “Warwickshire buyers have already given our New Heritage Collection homes their seal of approval as we’ve seen sales success in Rugby and Nuneaton. We’re hoping to build on the popularity of the properties with the launch of The Pastures, which will feature 119 traditional looking homes.

“Judging by the number of people who have registered their interest in the development, they’re eagerly awaited and we would encourage anyone considering moving to a new home in the area to attend the launch weekend to find out more about the properties.”

Redrow’s New Heritage Collection combines Arts & Crafts inspired architecture that gives a nod to the past, with bright, modern interiors.

For example, externally the three-bedroom Letchworth show home has all the traditional features of a 1930s’ semi, but inside it boasts a high specification designed to meet the demands of 21st living.

The open plan kitchen and dining room spans the width of the property with French doors that open onto the rear garden, offering lots of natural light and helping to bring the outside ‘in’. There’s a separate lounge, plus a laundry and cloakroom on the ground floor.

The larger of the show homes, the four-bedroom Oxford, also boasts a combined kitchen and dining room, with the utility offering extra storage as well providing a dedicated space for the washer and dryer.

In both properties there’s an en-suite to the master bedroom to complement the family bathroom.

Prices for the homes will be released over the launch weekend.

“We’re encouraging people to come along and view the show homes to experience the layouts and quality of finish we offer as standard,” Pauline added.

“Those who reserve their new home now will find that they will be more likely to be able to secure the house of their choice in the position they want. Plus by buying early in the build process they will have more likelihood of being able to personalise the interior.”

To be among the first to see inside the show homes, visit The Pastures, off Kinwarton Farm Lane, Alcester from Saturday, February 16.
