Two stunning new show apartments will open their doors to house hunters on 16 February at Crest Nicholson’s Harbourside development in Bristol.

Located in the brand new phase, Invicta, the oversized, two-bedroom apartments will showcase why the development is proving so popular to discerning house hunters wanting to live near to Bristol’s historic floating harbour while giving a real flavour of the lifestyle many people now enjoy.

The development boasts stunning views that stretch across the rooftops of the city and out towards the countryside and each new show apartment shows off why the selection of one, two and three-bedroom properties is perfect for house-hunters in the city.

Including a sophisticated mix of the latest colours, fabrics and furniture they will help provide inspiration for property purchasers looking to decorate their new home.

Susan Young, sales and marketing director for Harbourside said: “Both new show apartments are absolutely stunning and have been designed to highlight some of the latest interior design trends which should give buyers some great ideas as to how they can use current design trends in their own homes here at Harbourside.

“Invicta has only been available for a few months and the reaction so far has been extremely positive. It meant we’ve had to open the sales office an extra two days a week and we can’t wait to show people the spacious interiors.

“Both show apartments should be very useful for potential purchasers as it will provide a real glimpse of what life would be like at the development.”

Located on Cathedral Walk just off Anchor Road, Invicta is spread over five floors with a variety of different styles and property sizes.

Comprising 170 one, two and three-bedroom high-end apartments plus a number of one-bedroom studios, the variety of different styles and property sizes has already attracted a lot of interest – including first time buyers.

Once complete it will include an important pedestrian link called Millennium Promenade. Running from the Millennium Square to the Harbour Inlet it will complete the famous Brunel Mile and incorporate a rich ecological landscape with views across to the ss Great Britain.

Susan added: “No other development in Bristol is in such a convenient location. The centre is only a few minutes walk away and there are numerous restaurants and bars close by including Bordeaux Quay, The Living Room, Chinese restaurant Zen and Pizza Express.”

Prices currently start from £165,000.
