Supermodel Tatiana arrives at the Hilton Park Lane in a Maserati Quattroporte Automatic. The Maserati Quattroporte Automatic goes on sale in the UK today and makes its “on the road” debut among supermodels and celebrities, as they all gather in London to attend the numerous shows and events of London Fashion Week.

Maserati steps out as the UK capital plays host to over 50 trend setting designers showing their Autumn/Winter collections and teams up with leading model agency ICM. The on-going collaboration sees the brand new Maserati Quattroporte Automatic transporting queens of the catwalk.

Among them are supermodel turned racing driver Jodie Kidd, reporting for GMTV from the fashion shows; Erin O’Connor, recently appointed Vice-President of the British Fashion Council and the ultra glamorous Tatiana Oussova.

Andrea Antonnicola, Managing Director of Maserati GB Ltd said: “This is an extremely important year for Maserati, with the launch of two new models, the Quattroporte Automatic and the new Maserati Coupé which will be unveiled at the Geneva Show in March. Rising female consumer power is changing the way companies design, make and market their products, and we firmly believe that Maserati’s current product line-up will offer the best combination in terms of style, exclusivity and elegance in today’s automotive scenario.”

Women have always played an important role in the history of Maserati: from Maria Teresa De Filippis, the first woman to race in F1 in the 50s with a Maserati 250F, to Vicki Butler-Henderson, the first woman to win a race in a Maserati (at Silverstone in 2004) to supermodel turned racing driver Jodie Kidd, the face of Maserati in the UK since 2004.
