Letitia Herod reveals how she maintains model perfect skin
The 2012 winner of Britain & Ireland’s Next Top Model, Letitia Herod, has had a whirlwind time over the past few months, leaving her student days well and truly behind her to become the country’s top model. Britain & Ireland’s Next Top Model Winner, Letitia Herod comments: “Winning the show was life changing and I don’t think I could ever put in to words how much it means to me! Many people see modeling as an easy job but it involves hard work and dedication, if you put in the hard work then you can reap the rewards. I work-out regularly in the gym and I always eat a healthy balanced diet with minimal sugar and caffeine, to ensure I stay in shape.
