With four sales in just seven days and just 10 homes still available, it won’t be long before Redrow is celebrating a sell-out success at Great Park in Rubery.

The development has been tremendously popular since it launched just 18 months ago. Now, with limited availability, buyers are being urged to act fast to avoid disappointment.

The good news for those with a home of their own to sell, is that Redrow may be able to help them secure a buyer through its Mastermove service.

Pauline Turnbull, sales director for Redrow Homes (Midlands), commented: “Great Park is continuing to attract strong interest from those who are keen to make it their home. They love how our New Heritage Collection combines traditional architecture of the Arts & Crafts era, with interiors that are stylish yet practical and designed to meet the demands of modern living. Location has also played a key part in the success of the development as the homes enjoy a desirable leafy setting with good local amenities and strong transport link.

“Based on the recent flurry of sales it won’t be long before we sell the remaining homes, but that doesn’t mean that those with an existing property to sell have to miss out. They could enjoy a quick and easy move thanks to our Mastermove scheme. We will enlist the services of a tried and tested local agent to market the customer’s current home. We’ll monitor the agent’s activity and when the sale is complete we’ll pay the fees.”

The final properties offer a choice of four and five-bedroom homes. Priced from £239,995, some of them are almost ready to move into.

They all boast well equipped kitchens with integrated top brand name appliances including oven, hob, microwave and fridge freezer, plus tall cabinets and extra wide drawers that offer plenty of storage.

Bathrooms and en-suites boast quality fixtures and fittings, with a tile range exclusive to Redrow.

The homes at Great Park are built on the grounds of a former hospital, with mature trees retained within the development. They benefit from being close to essential amenities and leisure facilities, including a supermarket, cinema, bowling alley and family restaurants.

Birmingham city centre is only 10 miles away and with the M5 nearby, the homes are well placed as a base for commuters.

To be in with the chance of purchasing one of the final properties at Great Park, visit the show homes, open daily from 10am to 5.30pm. For more information, see redrow.co.uk/great-park.
