From the fruity Raspberry Fizz, a refreshing combination of Buffalo Trace, raspberry, mint and lime, topped up with ginger ale, to the classic Manhattan, a complex blend of vermouth, bitters and Buffalo Trace, guests will be spoilt for choice.

Buffalo Trace

Buffalo Trace takes its name from the ancient path, or trace, carved by migrating herds of buffalo through the wilderness that led America’s first pioneers and explorers westward. One such trail led to the banks of the Kentucky River where Buffalo Trace has been making bourbon the same way for over 200 years. Buffalo Trace Distillery, established in 1787, was 1 of only 4 distilleries in America to survive Prohibition, which lasted from 1919 until 1933.
