With six eager buyers already signed up, Redrow is celebrating sales success in Alcester.

The Pastures, off Kinwarton Farm Lane, is the latest development to feature designs from the sought-after New Heritage Collection.

Combining traditional Arts & Crafts inspired architecture with bright modern interiors, the homes have been an instant success.

Pauline Turnbull, sales director for Redrow Homes (Midlands), says: “We knew from our database of potential purchasers that there was a demand for new homes in Alcester but to have sold six properties at The Pastures in the first weekend is phenomenal. The success we have seen so far is testament to our reputation for building quality homes that people really want to live in.

“We’re also working with several other people who are keen to move here and would urge homebuyers to contact us without delay if they want to have their pick of the properties. Those who buy in a development’s early stages will have greater choice in the style of home and its position. Plus by buying a home before its physically built they will be able to customise it to their personal tastes by choosing the finish of things like the kitchen cabinets and the bathroom tiles.”

Current availability at The Pastures includes a choice of three and four-bedroom properties with prices from £234,995 to £334,995.

Buyers can appreciate the high quality and finish Redrow offers as standard with a visit to the three-bedroom Letchworth and four-bedroom Oxford show homes.

In the Letchworth, the interior designers have used ivory as a base colour with injections of warm taupe and rich gold to create an inviting family home with solid furniture throughout. The house feels aspirational, but enjoys a look that can be replicated on the high street.

Bedroom three is a Batman themed children’s room and is full of accessories that are sure to appeal to fans of the superhero – whatever their age.

The larger of the two show homes is the four-bedroom Oxford. This light and airy property has been styled with a colour palette of soft heather, gold, taupe and cream with oak furniture throughout.

Dressed as the home of a young family, it includes two children’s bedrooms. The ‘son’ of the family is an aspiring globe trotter and his bedroom has a hand painted mural of the map of the world on one of the walls.

In contrast, the room that’s supposedly his sister’s is a pretty pink room that every little girl would dream of having.

To view the show homes and to see why so many people are keen to make The Pastures their home, visit the development, open daily from 10am to 5.30pm.
