Many people would choose a large garage and plenty of wardrobe space as features of choice in their dream home. A survey undertaken by Primelocation.com revealed that for around half of respondents their ideal property would include a multi-car garage and walk-in wardrobes.

The recently opened Tealy show home at Bloor Homes’ development at Eden Park, Rugby, ticks these boxes with ease. Not only does it boast a luxurious master suite but it also has a double garage and additional parking space.

The stunning master suite occupies the whole of the second floor, with its large bedroom, separate dressing area with built-in wardrobes, en-suite bathroom and balcony. Three more bedrooms are located on the first floor, one of which includes fitted wardrobes and en-suite facilities. The ground floor accommodation is well laid out, featuring a spacious lounge with doors to the back garden, kitchen/dining room, utility and cloakroom. Prices start at £246,500.

Vanessa Macnee, Sales Director of Bloor Homes comments: “The Tealy really does have the wow factor with its magnificent master suite arranged across the whole of the top floor. It also meets people’s need for adequate parking, with its double garage and two additional parking spaces”.

Located just north of Rugby town centre, Eden Park is a collection of two, three, four and five bedroom homes designed in a range of styles and finished to the excellent specification for which Bloor is renowned.

The development is perfectly situated for commuters, with regular train services from Rugby to London taking about 50 minutes, as well as direct routes to Northampton, Leicester and Coventry. Sheltered cycle storage and car parking are available at the station. The development is also within easy reach of the M6 and M1 motorways.

Rugby town centre is the ideal place for a relaxed shopping expedition, with its variety of stores, independent retailers, cafés and bars. For sporting enthusiasts, LA fitness, the Ken Marriott Leisure Centre and the Rugby School Sports Centre are all close by, providing a wealth of opportunities to stay active.

Living outside London means that residents can enjoy the surrounding countryside and the outdoor pursuits available nearby, such as Draycote Water Country Park, Coombe Park and Brandon Marsh Nature Centre all within six miles of the development.

In addition to the Tealy show home priced from £246,500, also available: a two bedroom coach house priced at £125,000; two styles of three bedroom houses priced from £177,500; and three more four bedroom homes priced from £230,000.
