Eibach releases complete ‘Toyobaru’ chassis solution

Having had unrivalled access to the earliest production examples of the Scion FR-S and Subaru BRZ at its California R&D facility, suspension specialist Eibach has unveiled a suitably complete range of suspension solutions for the tuner car of the year; the ‘Toyobaru’ GT86/BRZ/FR-S platform.
Despite being first to market with its standard Pro-Kit spring upgrade, Eibach’s R&D team have spent understandably longer when developing the more extreme variants of its kits, to ensure that Eibach’s legendary reputation for ride comfort isn’t compromised on these more aggressive set-ups.
Those looking to go lower than the existing Pro-Kit can opt for the wonderfully-stanced Sportline upgrade instead. This red-hued kit offers a -35mm drop all round – some 10mm more than the Pro-Kit – to give the car an aggressive appearance and peerless handling. Wound from the same competition-quality steel that Eibach’s F1 clientele enjoys, then pre-stressed, shot-peened and powder coated, the Sportline springs also boast Eibach’s class leading 5 year warranty. The kit is suitably complete, with new, lower profile bumpstops, dust covers and tailored coil wraps to set it well apart from all other solutions in the market place. A great example of Eibach using its vast OEM experience when speccing the kit to eradicate all possible problems at the point of fitting. This kit retails at £216.00 + VAT.
The perfect complement to this kit is the matched pair of Anti-Roll Bars, in 25mm front and 19mm rear configuration. With two-way adjustment to allow set-up and rate change by the owner, these bars use Eibach’s unique ‘hollow’ technology to massively reduce the mass of the original solid bars, whilst improving performance. The complete kit, with all polyurethane bushes included, is £276.00 + VAT.
The ultimate solution for all fast road and track devotees is the adjustable ride height of the Pro-Street S kit with its track-proven remote-reservoir damping. Designed and created by Eibach’s dedicated competition division and assembled and finished entirely by hand, this stainless-steel bodied kit features trick anodised detailing, lockable platforms and an optimised pre-set damping rate. Allowing drops of up to -50mm front and -40mm rear, this is the kit for the uncompromising enthusiast. The price is £1,447.00 + VAT.
Spacer options complete the picture, either to optimise track measurement, or to precisely fit aftermarket wheels of differing offsets. These range from 10-30mm per side and start from £81.67 + VAT.
