Limited availability and the chance to save thousands off the initial purchase price means buyers must hurry if they want to secure one of the final properties at Great Park in Rubery.

With only seven homes now available at the popular Redrow development, time is of the essence for those who want to secure one of the final properties.

Those who fear they will miss out because they don’t have a large cash deposit or substantial equity in the property they’re moving from could find that their dream home is within their reach thanks to Help to Buy.

The Government-backed scheme is now available at Great Park, reducing the cost of buying a brand new home with the help of an equity loan for up to 20% of the purchase price.

Pauline Turnbull, sales director for Redrow Homes (Midlands), says: “The homes at Great Park have been immensely popular thanks to the winning combination of a high specification and a desirable location. As we near a sell-out we’re continuing to work with potential purchasers who want to know more about the final homes and the incentives available to help them move here. People are delighted to hear that we’re able to offer Help to Buy as it can make a real difference to what they can afford.”

Each of the seven homes still for sale at Great Park has four-bedrooms. Available in three different styles, prices start from £234,995 on the open market or an initial outlay of £187,996 with Help to Buy, including a 5% deposit.

Other incentives available to help get people moving include 95% mortgages through the NewBuy initiative and Redrow’s Mastermove scheme which enlists a tried and trusted local agent to sell the customer’s home.

Some of the properties at Great Park are now build complete and simply waiting for the finishing touches that help transform a house into a home.

Featuring designs from the sought-after New Heritage Collection, all of the homes look traditional from the outside but are bright and modern inside with Redrow’s high specification as standard.

The homes at Great Park are built on the grounds of a former hospital, with mature trees retained within the development. They benefit from being close to essential amenities and leisure facilities, including a supermarket, cinema, bowling alley and family restaurants.

Birmingham city centre is only 10 miles away and with the M5 nearby, the homes are well placed as a base for commuters.

To be in with the chance of purchasing one of the final properties at Great Park, visit the show homes, open daily from 10am to 5.30pm. For more information, see redrow.co.uk/great-park.
