During testing of the stock parts, it became apparent that cars over running additional power would occasionally suffer from issues with the OEM valve not functioning correctly. This issue is a direct result of the stock valve being unable to move the amount of air it needed to when the boost levels are set to the parameters needed for greater power output. The Forge valve, being a twin piston design, solves this problem, yet remains fully compatible with the stock engine management system.

The kit is a complete custom-built solution that has been conceived and executed in-house. Forge engineers were also able to significantly improve the internal flow design of the new part, removing restriction and increasing efficiency at the same time.

As has come to be expected from Forge kits, absolutely everything required to make the fitment is included in the kit, including a silicone elbow hose, clamps and vacuum pipe.
