Homebuyers hoping to move onto – or up – the property ladder should act now to take advantage of a superb opportunity at Taylor Wimpey’s Warwick Chase development in Warwick.

The Government’s new Help to Buy shared equity scheme is available now at this in-demand new community, enabling clued-up first-time buyers and those looking to move home to purchase their new property for 80% of its full price, including a 5% deposit.

For example, the four-bedroom ‘Longworth’ detached house is available at Warwick Chase for an 80% Help to Buy price of just £276,796 (full price £345,995) including a deposit as low as £17,300.

Anne Wallace, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “Warwick Chase has proved irresistible to scores of purchasers since it was launched, thanks to its winning combination of high-quality properties and its superb location in this beautiful historic town with quick links to the M40.

“Following the introduction of Help to Buy, we are expecting interest in the development to hit new heights, and so I would urge people to come and visit us as soon as possible, or risk missing out on their dream home!”

The ‘Longworth’ features a spacious kitchen/dining room opening through French doors to the private rear garden, plus a good-sized living room with bay window, a utility room and a guest cloakroom completing the ground-floor layout.

Upstairs, the landing leads to an en-suite master bedroom, three further bedrooms and a main bathroom, while the property also benefits from an integral garage and driveway parking.

Alternative four-bedroom designs at Warwick Chase include the ‘Lincoln’, priced from £298,995 (Help to Buy price from £239,196) and the ‘Fernlea’, priced from £352,995 (Help to Buy price from £282,396), while the five-bedroom ‘Lichfield’ is priced from £434,995 (Help to Buy price from £347,996).

All new homes at Warwick Chase are completed to a high standard specification, including energy efficient central heating, double glazing and a fitted kitchen with integrated oven, hob and hood.

Help to Buy involves a Government loan of up to 20% and is available on all new-build properties up to the value of £600,000. There is no salary cap for purchasers using the scheme.

The NewBuy initiative, meanwhile, gives credit-worthy purchasers in a variety of circumstances the chance to access their ideal home with a 95% mortgage.

Warwick Chase enjoys an appealing semi-rural location on the edge of historic Warwick, bordering attractive open countryside and one of Britain’s oldest racecourses.

Just one mile away from the development’s scenic setting are the boutique shops, bars, restaurants and pubs of Warwick’s atmospheric town centre, where medieval buildings and modern amenities offer an appealing blend of old and new.

A selection of well-regarded schools for children of all ages is available within easy reach of Warwick Chase, and there’s also a wide range of sports and leisure facilities available nearby.

Commuters will appreciate the ease with which Warwick links to the rest of the Midlands and further afield via the M40 and M42, with Warwick and Warwick Parkway railway stations providing direct services to both Birmingham and London.
