There are just two superb chances remaining for property-seekers to secure a stylish new home at Farrington Parade, Taylor Wimpey’s near-sell out development in Norton, near Worcester.

This sought-after development in a charming village location has proved extremely popular with buyers since it first opened, and now the final four-bedroom ‘Kenilworth’ detached house is up for grabs for a new lower price of just £289,995, while the two-bedroom ‘Norton’ bungalow is also available for only £199,995!

The stunning ‘Kenilworth’ can be snapped up under the Government’s Help to Buy scheme for 80% of its full price, including a deposit as low as 5%. The ‘Norton’, meanwhile, can also be secured for 80% of its full price with the Help to Buy scheme.

Elaine Taylor, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “We’re expecting there to be a high level of interest in the ‘Kenilworth’ from would-be buyers searching for a high-quality new home in a peaceful yet well-connected village.

“This wonderful property at Farrington Parade can be secured for a new reduced price as well as through the Help to Buy scheme – which gives prospective purchasers even more incentive to act before someone else beats them to it!”

Under Help to Buy, a Government loan of up to 20% is provided to help eligible customers to purchase any new-build property up to the value of £600,000. There is no salary cap for customers using the scheme and it is available to both first-time buyers and existing homeowners looking to move.

The ‘Kenilworth’ features a light and airy kitchen/breakfast/family room and a spacious living room, each opening through French doors to the private rear garden, plus a separate dining room, a study and a guest cloakroom off the entrance hallway.

Upstairs, the landing leads to two en-suite bedrooms, two further well-proportioned bedrooms and a main bathroom, while the property also benefits from a garage and driveway parking outside.

Like all homes at Farrington Parade, the ‘Kenilworth’ is completed to a high standard specification, including energy efficient central heating, double glazing and a fitted kitchen with integrated oven, hob and hood.

Located in the peaceful village of Norton, on the outskirts of Worcester, Farrington Parade offers all the benefits of contemporary living but in a relaxed setting, surrounded by an area rich in history.

Worcester’s origins can be traced back over 2,000 years and delightful timber-fronted Tudor buildings are still a common feature throughout the city, but it is also a thriving and modern place which boasts all the conveniences of 21st century living.

St Peter’s Garden Centre is just a stone’s throw from Farrington Parade and includes a coffee shop and hot carvery, plus a delicatessen.

The development lies just two miles from junction 7 of the M5 for quick links to the M4, M6 and M45, while the new homes are less than four miles from Worcester’s two railway stations for services to Birmingham, London, Oxford and Bristol.
