Calibre launches new Rapide wheel

The Calibre Rapide follows a long and honourable tradition of timelessly elegant multi-spoke wheels. Designed to shamelessly look like a much more expensive wheel than it is, the Rapide balances ‘big ticket’ looks with a price point that is well within the reach of the average enthusiast.

The beauty of a well-designed multispoke is, of course, that it suits almost any and every genre of car. Equally at home on anything from a humble super-mini, right through to an executive saloon, Calibre’s designers have taken heed of this, making the Rapide available in a wide range of sizes and staggered widths to ensure that it looks just right, wherever it is fitted.

As with all Calibre wheels, each rim undergoes extensive heat treatment and a multi-stage paint finishing process to ensure a long and lustrous life. Two finishes are available. 6.5 x15”, 7 x16”, 7 x17” sizes can all be ordered in silver, while in the mean and moody matt black finish, offers a wider choice of 6.5 x 15”, 7 x17”, 8.5 x 18”, 8.5 x 19” 9.5 x 19”. Most popular four and five stud PCD applications are available. Prices start from £76.00 including VAT for the 15” version.
