Barratt has taken the wraps off the showhomes at its newest development in Bridgwater with homes at Phoenix set to transform a derelict factory site.

The former Federal Mogul factory site in Marsa Way is in the early stages of transformation with the first homes now being reserved from the show complex.

Sales director Lee Monk said the launch event had been a huge success with visitors impressed with the showhomes, location and the choice of homes set to be launched.

“We have been an integral part of creating new communities in Bridgwater for many years and we are delighted to be launching this new development,’’ said Lee. “Our homes appeal to a wide range of buyers and at Phoenix we are delighted to be able to showcase the very latest in home design with these showhomes.’’

Phoenix is located in the historic market town of Bridgwater which has easy access to the M5, a bonus for commuters to Bristol and Exeter.

Current availability at Phoenix, situated off Marsa Way includes two and three bedroom homes with prices starting from £132,950.
