Barratt North East discount on new homes for Armed Forces

Barratt North East is doing its bit to support our troops in Afghanistan by offering a discount to military servicemen and women when they buy a new home at any of its Teesside developments.

Anyone who has served in the army, navy or RAF could receive thousands of pounds off the cost of a property thanks to the housebuilder’s Armed Forces Discount Scheme.

They receive a £1,000 discount for every £25,000 (or part thereof) on the cost of their new home – which would work out as £6,000 off the cost of a £126,000 home.
