Taylor Wimpey has teamed up with popular high street chain Marks & Spencer to offer house hunters in Hermitage £2,000 worth of vouchers for anyone who reserves are property in July.*

This fantastic summer bonus is available to anyone who reserves a new home before 31st July at Taylor Wimpey’s extremely popular Sonnets Place development in Hermitage.

Darren McCormack, regional sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey, commented: “We know the summer can be a busy time with the children breaking up from school and holidays to pack for, however we want to make purchasing a home with us as easy and simple as possible and by offering £2,000 worth of Marks & Spencer’s vouchers with every reservation, you can splash out on some new furniture or feed your family for a year!

“As this tempting offer is only available throughout July, I would encourage anyone thinking about moving to Hermitage to visit our development soon as we expect demand to be high.”

Taylor Wimpey’s Sonnets Place development, located off Pinewood Crescent, is selling a selection of three and four bedroom properties, with prices starting from just £270,000.

Situated in the picturesque village of Hermitage, Sonnets Place is the perfect place to set up home. Hermitage enjoys a beautifully scenic backdrop, being surrounded by breathtaking countryside and woodlands. The village itself provides everything you need for day to day living, with a general store, post office, butchers, pubs, coffee shop, doctors and dentists. Tesco and Sainsbury’s supermarkets are just five miles from the development and Newbury town centre is less than six miles from your door.

Hermitage Primary School is within walking distance of the development and for older children; Park House School, The Downs School and Newbury College are also nearby. Living in Hermitage you're well connected thanks to the easy access to the A34 and M4 providing access to almost anywhere in the country. When you want to leave the car at home, Newbury and Thatcham rail stations are both just four miles away, offering services to Reading and London Paddington.
