New homes go on sale at Bracken Park
Taylor Wimpey has launched the next phase of properties at its popular Bracken Park development, located on Jaguar Lane in Bracknell, due to popular demand.
The delightful development, which is situated in beautiful parkland on the outskirts of Bracknell, comprises a collection of two, three and four bedroom homes with prices starting from £315,000. Properties will be available to purchase from Taylor Wimpey’s neighbouring development, The Parks, which can be found on Hawk Lane in Bracknell.

The popular Help to Buy initiative involves an equity loan scheme which is available on new build properties up to the value of £600,000. Eligible purchasers receive a Government loan of up to 20%, which means that they only need to put down a 5% deposit and obtain a 75% loan-to-value mortgage.
