Taylor Wimpey has launched the next phase of properties at its popular Bracken Park development, located on Jaguar Lane in Bracknell, due to popular demand.

The delightful development, which is situated in beautiful parkland on the outskirts of Bracknell, comprises a collection of two, three and four bedroom homes with prices starting from £315,000. Properties will be available to purchase from Taylor Wimpey’s neighbouring development, The Parks, which can be found on Hawk Lane in Bracknell.

Darren McCormack, regional sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey, commented: “We are delighted to have launched the next phase of properties at our Bracken Park development. Visitors can now take a look at layout and floor plans for each home, as well as speak to our experienced sales advisors about the schemes available, such as the popular Help to Buy initiative.”

The popular Help to Buy initiative involves an equity loan scheme which is available on new build properties up to the value of £600,000. There is no salary cap for purchasers, and it is available to both first time buyers and existing home owners. Eligible purchasers receive a Government loan of up to 20%, which means that they only need to put down a 5% deposit and obtain a 75% loan-to-value mortgage.

Darren continues: “The first phase of Bracken Park was extremely popular with house hunters as 50% of the properties were sold in the first five months of the development opening and I expect the new phase to be no different. I’d encourage anyone looking for a quality new home in the stunning village of Bracknell to visit soon before it’s too late.”

Amongst the first collection of homes released for sale is the four bedroom detached Mayford property priced from £360,000. Ideal for families looking to upsize, the home is spread over two large floors. Situated on the ground floor is a spacious open plan kitchen/dining area, as well as a living area with French doors leading onto the rear garden, a second living area which can be used as an office or playroom as well as a handy storage cupboard. Located on the second floor is the master bedroom with ensuite, as well as three further bedrooms and a family bathroom.

Located in historical Bracknell, Bracken Park is surrounded by a good selection of shops, restaurants and the popular Princess Square Shopping Centre. South Hill Park is also close by which offers a theatre, cinema and gallery. There are also several supermarkets situated less than a mile from the development.

Bracken Park is in the perfect location for commuters being just 40 miles from London and situated close to the M4 motorway. Bracknell and Martins Heron railway stations are also nearby, which offer routes to Reading and London’s Waterloo station.
