House-hunters looking to make the switch to an outstanding lifestyle in the heart of the Worcestershire countryside need look no further than Jasmine Gardens, Taylor Wimpey’s stunning new development coming soon to Wychbold.

Jasmine Gardens will be a stylish collection of two, three and four-bedroom homes ideally suited to a variety of discerning property-seekers looking for a contemporary home in a tranquil, yet well-connected, village setting.

Detailed plans and prices for the new homes are being kept under wraps until the development is officially launched later this year, but fast-acting home-hunters can be among the first to find out more about the first release of properties by registering their interest today.

Anyone who registers their interest before the official launch of Jasmine Gardens and goes on to purchase a new home at the development will receive a £500 Taylor Wimpey Options voucher as a special welcome gift.

Anne Wallace, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “We can’t wait to unveil this prestigious new development, which will offer a wealth of choice for would-be homebuyers in search of their dream property in an exceptional location that’s perfect for commuters and families alike.

“We expect these high-quality homes to be hugely popular, so I would urge property-seekers to give themselves the best chance of finding their ideal match by registering their interest now.”

The new Government-backed Help to Buy shared equity scheme will be available at Jasmine Gardens, enabling homebuyers to take their pick from a choice of stunning new homes for just 80% of their full price – including a 5% deposit.

Under Help to Buy, the Government provides eligible purchasers with a 20% loan to help them secure new-build homes priced up to £600,000. The initiative is available to both first-time buyers and existing homeowners, and there is no salary cap for customers taking advantage of the scheme.

Wychbold is an attractive village within easy reach of both Worcester and Birmingham thanks to its convenient location close to the M5.

It’s home to a store with post office and a hotel, while a wider range of shops and amenities can be found two miles away in Droitwich Spa, and Bromsgrove, which is around three miles from home.

Wychbold First and Nursery School caters for children aged three to nine years old, while Bromsgrove School and Dodderhill School are both within easy reach of Jasmine Gardens.

Commuters will appreciate Wychbold’s close proximity to the M5, for quick links to the M42, Worcester and Birmingham.
