Taylor Wimpey is urging house hunters in Manchester to visit its Millers Brow development where it has launched a new ‘Move Up’ package.

The leading housebuilder is now offering the Government backed Help to Buy scheme in conjunction with paying purchasers’ estate agency fees. This ‘Move up’ package leaves buyers with more money in their pocket, enabling homeowners to move up the property ladder sooner than they thought was possible.

Eligible purchasers receive a Government loan of 20%, which means that they only need to put down a 5% deposit and obtain a 75% loan-to-value mortgage.

Prices at Millers Brow start from £144,995 for the four bedroom Wilmington semi-detached home and through the new Move Up package the 5% deposit required would be just £7,250.
