There is also a water park and dry ski slope nearby as well as various football, rugby, hockey and cricket clubs to suit all sporting enthusiasts.

Home to many of the world’s leading names in computing, Bracknell is attracting new businesses to the area, increasing local employment and the demand for housing from employees wanting to live close to their place of work.

Bracknell is also a popular residential area amongst south-east commuters as it offers a range of transport links. Bracknell has two train stations, Bracknell and Martins Heron, with direct services to London Waterloo and Gatwick airport in just under an hour, Heathrow in approximately 30 minutes and Reading in twenty minutes. By road, it is situated at the end of the A329 (M) mid-way between junction 10 of the M4 which takes you straight into the heart of London or out to Reading and Swindon and junction 3 of the M3 linking Basingstoke and London. Jennett’s Park is also served by its own dedicated bus service connecting the development with Bracknell town centre.

Kush Rawal, Assistant Director (Sales & Marketing) at Thames Valley Housing comments: “The level of interest for the first phase Cresent Place was phenomenal with all 35 homes fully reserved in 6 weeks, showing that there is extremely high demand for affordable homes in the area.’’

“Bracknell is coming into focus as an increasingly popular location with buyers as it offers affordable housing, in an area with increasing levels of employment which is also within commuting distance of London. The family sized homes have been the most popular as Jennett’s Park has everything required for exceptional family living with a school, playground, community centre and access to an adjoining country park.”
