Scheme springs site into final three

House-builder Taylor Wimpey has revealed only three homes remain at its Spring Lodge development following unprecedented success since its launch last year.

The popular Guisborough site only opened its sales office in September 2012, and with sales proceeding at a rapid rate, the developer cancelled plans for a show home, as countless home-buyers reaped the benefits of Part Exchange.

Debbie Whittingham, sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey North Yorkshire explains: “Spring Lodge gained considerable interest from day one, as the homes offered a beautiful, historic location and with ample space.

Taylor Wimpey’s Part Exchange scheme allows the developer to become the cash buyer for your existing property in exchange for a new-build, allowing buyers the chance to move at a time which suits them. The scheme also sees Taylor Wimpey cover the estate agency fees.

There are just three homes remaining at Spring Lodge, all four bedroom properties and each available with the scheme. Prices start from £264,950 and Debbie urges interested buyers to act fast to avoid disappointment.
