House-hunters can take their pick from a brand new selection of stunning homes now available to buy at Taylor Wimpey’s sought-after Bracken Park development in Bracknell.

Savvy property-seekers have been quick to reserve their dream home at the popular development, which enjoys a beautiful parkland setting on the outskirts of the town, and Taylor Wimpey has released a fresh selection of properties to satisfy continuing demand.

Discerning buyers can now choose from five superb designs at Bracken Park, including three-bedroom properties starting from as little as £330,000 and four-bedroom houses from just £365,000.

Darren McCormack, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “We’re delighted to release a new collection of properties for sale at Bracken Park, which has become a popular development for buyers who want a beautiful home for a superb price in an idyllic setting.

“Would-be movers have a choice of five fantastic designs now available in the new phase of homes, and they should get in touch without delay to reserve their preferred plot.”

The four-bedroom ‘Windsor’ detached house is just one of the new home designs now on sale at Bracken Park. Priced from £435,000, it features a spacious open-plan kitchen/dining/family room with French doors opening out to the private rear garden, plus a utility room and a guest cloakroom on the ground floor.

On the first floor is a spacious living room with a Juliet balcony and an en-suite guest bedroom. The en-suite master bedroom, two further double bedrooms and a main bathroom can be found on the top floor, while outside there’s an integral garage and driveway parking.

Alternatively, the four-bedroom detached ‘Eversley’ is priced from £335,000, with the four-bedroom ‘Woking’ and ‘Yateley’ detached designs ranging in price from £365,000 to £410,000.

To make securing their ideal property at Bracken Park even easier, buyers can benefit from the Government’s new Help To Buy scheme, which means eligible first-time buyers and existing homeowners can purchase their new home for 80% of its full price, including a deposit as low as 5%.

Help To Buy customers receive a 20% Government loan to help with the purchase of their new house and there is no salary cap for homebuyers taking advantage of the scheme.

Bracken Park is located on the outskirts of Bracknell, set in stunning parkland and close to Swinley Woods and Crowthorne Woods. The town centre, which is earmarked for a huge redevelopment project, is a short drive away from the new homes, while two supermarkets can be found less than a mile away.

Parents can choose from a number of local schools, where pupil performance is ranked higher than the national average, and the area boasts a range of exciting leisure facilities, including the John Nike Bracknell Ski and Snowboard Centre and Coral Reef Water Park.

Commuters will enjoy easy access to the M4, which heads west to Reading and east to London, and there are two railway stations in the town with direct links to London Waterloo.
