Property-seekers looking for a stylish apartment at a great value price are being urged to visit Taylor Wimpey’s popular Penns Croft development in Nuneaton.

Savvy homebuyers have been quick to snap up the apartments in the current phase at this sought-after development, but a new collection of apartments has just been released for sale, offering potential purchasers another chance to secure their ideal home.

And with the Government’s new Help To Buy shared equity scheme available at Penns Croft, buying one of the stunning new two-bedroom apartments available will prove far more cost-effective than renting a similar two-bedroom property in Nuneaton.

Carl Cooke, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “We’re delighted to release a new selection of superb apartments for sale at this popular development, where buyers can enjoy a range of fantastic amenities right on their doorstep.

“With the Government’s Help To Buy incentive available at the development, first-time buyers will find that stepping on to the property ladder will be far more affordable than paying costly monthly rents.”

The two-bedroom ‘Tulsa’ apartment, for example, is priced from £102,500 and features a spacious living/dining room with an attractive Juliet balcony, a kitchen, a master bedroom, a further bedroom and a main bathroom. Outside, there is allocated parking.

Alternatively, the two-bedroom ‘Jackson’ apartment is priced from as little as £99,995, and the two-bedroom ‘Dallas’ apartment, from just £109,995.

Alternative property designs at Penns Croft include the three-bed Croxton available from £165,000.

Under the Government’s new Help To Buy scheme, eligible first-time buyers and existing homeowners can secure their new property for 80% of its full price, including a deposit as low as 5%.

Help To Buy involves a Government loan of up to 20% and is available on new-build properties up to the value of £600,000. There is no salary cap for homebuyers taking advantage of the scheme.

Penns Croft enjoys a convenient location on the south-western fringes of Nuneaton, a historic town famous as the home of Victorian novelist George Eliot. Within walking distance of the new homes are the fantastic leisure facilities of Bermuda Park, including a multi-screen cinema, bowling alley, gym and a choice of restaurants.

Nuneaton itself benefits from superb local shopping facilities including a choice of supermarkets and the bustling twice-weekly market, as well as a selection of independent and high street shops.

There’s a wide range of leisure and sporting facilities in the town, while the beautiful Warwickshire countryside is right on the doorstep to enjoy – and families will appreciate that schools for all ages are located just a short distance from Swans Bridge.

With Coventry ten miles away and Leicester and Birmingham each only around 20 miles from home, Nuneaton enjoys a well-connected location boasting quick links to the M6 and M69.

Nuneaton railway station offers services to Birmingham New Street in just half an hour, while there are also regular direct services to London Euston.

To find out more about the stunning range of apartments on sale at an affordable price at Penns Croft, homebuyers can visit the Sales Centre, located off the A444 Northbound, Bedworth, Nuneaton, CV10 7DA, and open Thursday to Monday from 11am to 5pm.
